"Several weeks ago, my wife and I started our day with a list of seven vehicles we were interested in checking out at various used car dealerships. We drove west to Jefferson for our first visit. Peter was very pleasant, and the van was just what we were looking for. He assured us that after the van was "detailed," the check engine light's problem/s would be fixed. It took several weeks to resolve all the different issues that came up, but the end result was that Legacy honored our sale/trade-in agreement from the first day, and installed over $2,000 worth of new parts at no additional cost to us! The time involved was stressful, but the end result is one we are extremely happy with. Thank you, Peter!
